Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Pack With Care
Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging, ensuring all cleaning cloths and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
